Let me start by saying, I am allergic to EVERYTHING. It is so hard for me to find anything to clean my face that won’t set off my rosacea, my psoriasis or dermatitis. I. Am. Miserable. I spend a lot of my free time searching SkinSafe for something, ANYTHING I can use to use on my nearly 50 yr old skin. Let alone hair, body… I’ll not go into THAT.The Neutrogena Makeup Melting Nourishing Micellar Milk with 7% Emollient-Vitamin Complex is a godsend. I cannot sing its praises high or loud enough.I use it daily/nightly as my first step when not wearing makeup, 2nd if I am (only because I use the Neutrogena make up removing wipe first). I pour about a quarter size dollop in my hand, warm it up with the other hand and cover my face. Then on a cotton pad, I add about a dime size dollop to wet the pad and wipe my entire face until it has pretty much melted into my skin. I do not rinse immediately. I work it in with the pad for about 2 minutes. It’s the easiest, most worthwhile (and immediately obvious) step in my routine. I could honestly be happy with just that step. It leaves my skin SOO soft. Like baby booty soft. And plump, too! I’m not dry, or tight, or red and angry. I can’t help but to touch my cheeks in awe. Once my face is mostly dry I start in with the rest of my routine. The bottle lasts FOR-e-ER.This is a MUST in my skin care routine. I’m terrified this will be taken off the shelves, and I’ll have to start the search to replace it. Until then, however, I will keep this in stock on -my- shelf. Luckily, the cost is a pittance to the benefits. I would pay more. Much more.It is truly free of fragrance, sulfates, parabens, and those nasty little Benzoates that are the bane to my balsam of peru allergic existence. *shakes plaque prone fist at the beauty industry as a whole*If, like me, you have a sensitivity to fragrance or benzoates, give this a try. I can’t live without it. Hopefully I won’t have to.

This was on a flash sale, and I bought it on a whim. I use a make up remover wipe then I use this, and it really does remove all of my other make up. I would say it is non-drying. I tend to stick towards CeraVe and or Cetaphil products, but this Neutrogena make up remover is nice and gentle. After I use this, I wash my face with CeraVe, because I think if you didn’t use another cleanser, it may make your face feel greasy. Again I would say this is a makeup remover and not a facial cleanser but definitely a nice addition to my skin care routine.

This will help you get makeup off
The skin care product will help you get your makeup off if you put it on before you wash your face. I think you need to leave it on a few minutes before you wash your face and it works better. Neutrogena is a pretty good brand for the money and your skin feels soft.

Very disappointed with this- it went right in the trash!
I am someone who uses cleansing oil or balm every day to ensure my sunscreen has been removed thoroughly- this to say, this ain’t my first rodeo. I applied it as you normally would and massaged into my dry face, then got into the shower to attempt rinsing it. Unlike many balms, this did not turn milky or rinse away cleanly. It remained a greasy film on my face. With a bit of time in the shower, it finally rinsed adequately that I could do my second step (Rice Water Bright foam). After I patted myself dry, my face began to burn…and turned red…and itchy. I thought maybe this balm was drying so I slathered on moisturizer but my face continued burning and itching. I ended up tossing this in the trash and applying cortisone. I will spend at least a week trying to repair my barrier now. I usually like Neutrogena products but this is a definite miss and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I love this cleanser!
I have sensitive, acne prone skin. I am 65+ years old. This cleansing cream does not irritate my skin or make break out. It is very effective without leaving my skin dry OR greasy. It is rather hard, but melts almost on contact and is easily massaged onto skin. You don’t need a lot. It removes easily with a warm wet cloth. It is a clean product. Yeah, the smell is not flowery and fragrant, but it’s not as horrible as described in some reviews here. Its just kinda meh. I recommend trying this cleansing balm.

Strong, unpleasant scent. Stings eyes.
I bought this after I could no long find Albolene micellar milk. It’s okay, but not great at make up removal. What’s really awful is the smell – It has a very strong, unpleasant scent. It also stings my eyes a lot more than other micellar products I’ve used. I would not recommend the product.

Highly effective even removing waterproof mascara. Removes all traces of the days makeup. Skin feels clean and refreshed after use. Great for sensitive skin. Highly recommend.
