No scent, no oily residue
I have a mixed review of this product, perhaps because I’m not sure what it all can help with. My experience has been this: I have been in menopause since 2014, and gradually as years have gone by I’ve noticed certain changes, especially with my skin. Lately, it’s been very itchy on my hands and forearms (which is weird, but ok) so I applied this cream and it worked. The itchiness went away. It came back, however, after using it now for a few days (and not just when I itch) I’ve seen that the itchiness hasn’t returned.There is no scent, no oily residue, and it’s left my skin feeling normal. Not dry and not over-moisturized.I gave it four stars because I can’t tell when it gets low and I will need to reorder so I’m left guessing and will probably end up using it all and having to order more last minute. Also, the pump is slightly defective on mine so every other pump dispenses the cream.Overall, it seems to be working on the areas I’ve applied it and has relieved the problem, and it has no scent; which is good. Other than the pump problem on mine and not knowing when I should reorder, it seems to be worth its value.

Does not reduce hot flashes
I have been using this cream since 12/20 in the morning & evening for my hot flashes. I do not think it is working as advertised. In fact, my hot flashes are getting worse. I am not sure if I have not used it long enough. It has been about two weeks now. I will try a couple more weeks and will post more of my stroy.

Quality cream, not sure if it’s helping my peri symptoms yet
I like that this cream is unscented, and that it has natural ingredients. It seems to be a good quality product. I am rotating it on different areas of my body where the skin is thinner for the past two weeks, like it says to, as I do with my other wild yam cream which is only applied during my luteal period (I am in perimenopause), so I cannot speak to how the cream is as a face moisturizer long term. So far I am really not sure how helpful it is in relieving my perimenopausal symptoms, but I know these creams can take some time. I still have hormonal acne and I’m still moody, lol. But as a cream I do like the consistency and it seems to be effective as a moisturizer, if not a bit on the thin side. In winter I’d have to follow up with a heavier moisturizer if I was using this on my face at night.

Seems to be effective, really convenient to use.
I’ve been using estrogen for a while and I actually have been using patches I switched over to this recently to see if I would receive about the same fax and I’ve been pleasantly surprised to see it is at least as effective I’ve been noticing a difference daily and it seems to work in the exact same way as the patch I was using it seems so absorb readily into my skin and doesn’t leave my skin feeling irritated afterwards it’s not greasy and doesn’t leave a weird feeling on top of the skin I really appreciate having access to a cream as it is just easier to make a part of my routine and feels like I’m more natural way to apply making for a faster routine overall and I feel like I can trust the product much more when I can see it absorb visually and rather than trusting a patch to deliver over time overall I feel like this is an excellent quality and has been helpful to deliver the results I have been expecting.

Have not opened. Returning it. Made in China!! . No real address for distributor Siltamu company in Richmond, TX. No phone number to call. I don’t trust this at all.
