I recently experienced an epoxy resin burn on my hands. I thought by using 91% isopropyl alcohol & giving them a thorough wash would be ok. But, after little time I realized I was in trouble. Long story short, I ended us with chemical burns on my hands between my fingers & underneath my nails. Blisters surfaced under nails. Skins was raw. Itching like I’ve never experienced. A month later, still dealing with the fishers & dry skin that literally was like dry leather with pieces of hard skin that was getting bought in my hair & on blankets. Ripping & leaving my cut or rips behind. I decided I would try one last thing & I purchased the paraffin machine. I’ll add I have tried creams, ointments, expensive lotions. Also had to debris my hands several times. With all this said, I have patted pictures & a couple of videos of my hands before & after using the machine with lavender paraffin. I’m so incredibly pleased over the outcome. The pictures & video will surely convince anyone considering purchasing a paraffin machine. It’s easy to use, beautiful design, compact, economical. It’s a GAME CHANGER. The Achzzy is what to buy if your looking at any of the other paraffin machines. I hope my visual proof will convince you that the before & after are proof in themselves that you have nothing to decide! But it! You won’t regret it! The lavender paraffin is amazing! You’re going to need more paraffin! Wonderful machine.
This machine is a must! for anyone who has had surgery on their hand. I had De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis, and in July, I had surgery to release the tendons. After a few weeks, the stitches were removed, and I began physical therapy. My PT had me use the paraffin machine in her office before therapy to “loosen up” my hand. At the conclusion of therapy, we would then ice my hand to reduce swelling. The warmth slowly penetrating your hand feels amazing, and so I purchased my own to use at home. I got the larger size because you need to be able to submerge your wrist, and many of the machines are not deep enough. But, you are going to need more paraffin, so go ahead and buy those extra packs now and put them in the machine. (I purchased 3 lbs worth) Best of all, once your hand is healed, you still have a wonderful machine you can use to soften your hands and feet.

Results are very smooth and clean.
This is a great size because I can do both hands and both feet with just a small amount paraffin.It really helps if you have somebody there to assist you in putting on the plastic gloves and then the warming gloves. I’ve found that I prefer the plain paraffin to the scented paraffin. My hands and feet are silky smooth when I’m finished.

I thought this would be good but it doesn’t have an accurate temperature. When it says 127 degrees it is hotter. I had to keep checking it with a meat thermometer. Not impressed.

I love my new Achzzy Paraffin Wax Machine. It’s a larger size to fit feet comfortably. It comes with lavender wax and very clear directions. I bought for my feet, but really enjoyed the pain relief I was experiencing in my hand.
