Skeptical? So Was I…
…until I actually tried these out. I have stress incontinence, and when coughing I….leak. I thought it would go right through them, but nope! It stayed put! Of course, I changed them right away, but I did not soak through into my pants. These are also really comfortable. They’re the exact height that I like. Not a bikini, but not a brief, either. I guess they’re called low-rise briefs. The crotch panel is wider than on regular underwear, which helps catch leaks, or hold an incontinence or period pad in place without rolling. The elastic is encased in a fabric hem, so it doesn’t rub, and the fabric is nice and breathable. Highly recommend!

Good Quality and Value, Eco-friendly
I have developed some overnight incontinence and tried these instead of disposable pads. The fit according to the size chart, are somewhat thick yet comfortable as the material is soft and breathable. I’ve bought 12 pair so I don’t have to wash that often. I let them dry before putting into the laundry basket so there is no odor in the basket. They are comfortable enough to wear all day, just in case.I prefer the below-the-waist fit as the waist-high feels a bit constraining. So glad I got these.

Works as Advertised
Works as advertised, no leaks so far. Comfortable and not too thick, but very warm. I have noticed that the “odor absorber” capability has steadily diminished as I wash and use them, although I’m not too disappointed since it’s cloth instead of a one-use foam pad. Overall, good quality for the price. Would buy again.

Best discovery of the year — seriously!
I honestly wish I had discovered period underwear so much earlier. These are incredible. Even with a heavy flow, the protection is amazing — I completely stopped using tampons because I just don’t need them anymore. I usually change them every six hours or so during the day, and they’ve been great for overnight protection too.I’m also really happy that I’m not throwing tons of tampons into the landfill anymore — it feels good knowing I’m making a small difference for the environment while saving money at the same time.I bought a few sets, and it’s been life-changing. After I use them, I just toss them in the laundry and air-dry them. They wash really well and still look like new. Comfortable, reliable, and honestly one of the best things I’ve ever bought. If you’re thinking about trying them, don’t wait — you’ll be so glad you did!

Game changer
Total game changer for that time of the month. I was reluctant to try period underwear as I have a heavy flow and was worried that these would leak, but my worries immediately went away after trying these. They are so comfortable and keep my dry all day and night. On heavier nights, I do use these in addition to a pad, but on regular days and nights I use these alone and haven’t experienced a single leak since getting these. Great price for a great product!

Works for my needs.
I was skeptical as to the fit, but they fit well and don’t pinch the bend of my legs. They are truly leakproof as far as I have witnessed, and don’t feel like you’re wearing a wet diaper. I m older and sometimes have incontinence during the night. These handle that easily and help with a better nights sleep.I would recommend them for women like myself, and imagine that if they can absorb urine this well that they can handle periods too.

Reliable, Comfortable, and Truly Leak-Proof
These high-absorbency period underwear are a great alternative to disposables, and they do exactly what they promise. The fabric is soft and breathable, so they feel much like regular underwear without the plastic-like discomfort of pads. The leak-proof design really holds up, even on heavy flow days, and they’ve been perfect for nights with no leaks or side accidents. The fit is slightly on the larger side, maybe about a quarter size bigger than expected and so if you’re between sizes, I’d suggest sizing down. The ride height is comfortable and offers good coverage, which adds to the sense of security. The colors look true to what’s advertised, and the stitching feels strong and well-made, so I expect them to last through many wash cycles.Overall, they’re a dependable, eco-friendly, and cost-saving option. The 3-pack ensures you’re always prepared, and for peace of mind during your cycle, these are well worth having.

You shouldn’t request undergarments be returned unless they’ve been unused.
Not worth it. They came apart at the seems on the first wash. I wore them after a surgery and they didn’t work. I submitted a refund request, and Amazon is requesting that I drop off used, torn underwear at Wholefoods.
