I have long, damaged, colour treated hair. Try lightening black hair to blonde to red and it gets crispy, if you know what I mean. As a money-conscious girly I’ve been buying hair oil from Trader Joe’s (shout out to the coconut in the clear/blue bottle!). It’s affordable, smells good, and does the job well enough. Or so I thought. I received this product at a discounted rate to try it out and give my honest review and HOLY SMOKES it makes my hair SHINE. I’m not even kidding, look at my photo. It’s smooth, and silky, a hairbrush glides through my (already pretty straight) hair with no problem outta the shower. And it has a scent.. and if anyone can find this scent I will give you a hundred dollars. It reminds me of a sample of a perfume I got at a Macy’s Passport fashion show in the 90’s in SF/ Fort Mason. Sweet but layered in herbs, dare I say this one is a bit more citrusy. No seriously if you know what I’m talking about message me I would die to smell that again. Anyways, buy this. My hair stayed silky smooth for a week (usually it’s a hot, oily mess at that point). And plus I wouldn’t be writing such long-winded reviews otherwise. Colour me impressed (and trust me, that is HARD to do!).

Great even for fine hair!
I’m always worried oils like this will be too heavy for my extremely fine, dry hair, but this one is great! I use a very small drop, mostly on my ends, and it instantly looks smoother and healthier without looking greasy. It’s not inexpensive, but I think it will last me a long time, given how little I need. The smell is pleasant and not overwhelming. Overall I think it is worth the price and I recommend it!

Caviar Hair Oil
I have had fantastic results using this hair oil. I use it after I dry and straighten my hair. It’s the last step in my hair routine. My hair feels so soft and it adds a nice shine to my hair. My hair is also less frizzy and looks more healthy. There is a very, very light scent to this oil. I can barely smell it. It shouldn’t be a bother if anyone is sensitive to scents.
