May take a couple uses. Feels great and worked for me
First time use, my head felt a tingling feeling, which was very refreshing. It helped clear up some of the build up on my scalp, but not as much as I wanted it to.The second time I used it, cleared up so much product build up, and I was very happy with that.Would definitely recommend this product. It may take a couple or few uses of it to help eliminate some build up.

A nice treatment for yourself
Feels so nice and feels like a relaxing treat for yourself. Also helps with dry scalp. Not gonna say it will end your dandruff or dry scalp, but feels really nice. I usually use a dandruff shampoo after or on my ends. Very refreshing.

The scrub blends out really well and not grainy. Lathers up nicely too. Not too strong a scent. Gets a little messy when applying, but otherwise works well. Does not leave an after-scent.

This is the first product that has truly worked for dry scalp after trying so many others.It caused a bit of a burning sensation at first—very different from the usual cooling effect of tea tree-based products—but once we rinsed and dried, the results were incredible. No dandruff at all.

Love this scalp scrub/shampoo. My hair had a lot of build up and dandruff from dry shampoo. This did the trick! I also love the scrubber comb that comes with it. Refreshing scent. Clean flake and residue free hair. I’ve bought two so far and will continue to purchase!

Somewhat happy
Initially, I was a big fan of this product and even recommended it to friends and family. However, I have a severe issue with dry, flaky scalp. While the scrub smells fantastic, it hasn’t been very effective for me. It seemed to work well at first, but now it doesn’t seem to have the same impact. On the bright side, the scrubber that comes with it is excellent, and both my husband and I use it regularly. Although I probably won’t repurchase the shampoo product again, I did enjoy it while I had it.

Game changer but SO upset the price doubled!!!!!!!!
This product is a game changer. It cured my scalp psoriasis with a week. I am still in shock. I have ordered it as gifts now for my friends and we are all obsessed. It lathers better than shampoo and can be used in place of shampoo. My favorite product of all time.
