    Great tools!
I’ll start out by saying that I’m new to IASTM or scraping. I broke my ankle and my physical therapist did this on my ankle. I HATED it, it hurt and it wigged me out. However, I gained a lot of relief from it, so when she was out for a few weeks, I noticed the lack of scraping. I bought these tools and, while scraping can hurt my sensitive ankle and muscles, it provides a lot of relief. I’ve even used the tools on my neck and head for migraine relief. These are well worth the money and feel very smooth and sturdy. They work well for their I intended purpose. I don’t like to be without them now!

    Really Well Made
this is a really nicely made set of muscle scrapers. The scrapers have some nice heft to them and are curved to fit different areas of the body. They’re easy to use and I feel that they do help with some of my pain. I love the storage case–it has a pocket for each of the tools so they’re not banging together when stored. The storage case sems well made and really durable. The price is fantastic. I really love this set and am so glad I ordered it!

    Good product
I have a muscle knots in my hands and holding the small muscle scraper is painful. The D-shaped muscle scraper helps a lot. Sometimes it’s a little awkward using it with my non-dominant hand, but I would recommend it. I felt the price was fair for what I got. Items are sturdy

Variety of options/shapes available, depending on target tissue
I have been using Gua Sha tools for the last eight or nine years. A good tool will be easy to use, easy to hold in the hand, and heavy enough to feel sturdy without causing hand fatigue and be easy to clean- ideally with smooth edges so they don’t scratch or pinch. That seems like a lot to ask, but the majority of scraper tools I have used are just like this tool in that the majority of my ‘pre-requisites’ for the tool are met. I will note that some people will like having the multiple edges available with the variety of tools in this kit. A curved edge is better for rounded muscle groups like quads (but I rarely scrape these groups). I use the s-shaped tool for everything, neck, traps, upper and lower back. I also use a long tool not included in this set. Overall, buying a tool is as much about value as anything. I would rather pay for a single tool that I use than for for 2 other tools that I do not use. And the majority of reviewers may feel the same. Unfortunately, Amazon has had a rule change that reviewers should not list price/value or value competitors in a review. Therefore my review is based on what is allowed by Amazon rules.

Graston technique tools to help sore muscles
Suffering from tennis elbow and this set came highly recommended for muscle scraping. The tools are solid and heavy duty. They come in a nice storage case. They are easy to use and hold on to while treating. I just started using these tools to help with an acute case of tennis elbow. I’m hopeful with consistent weekly use they will help to eliminate pain and restore full mobility.

    Excellent Quality
My physical therapist told me to get these to help break down scar tissue after surgery. They are great larger in list than the black stones for the face. They arrived quickly The case is very sturdy. The corners of the tools are pointy, but not so sharp they are uncomfortable. I highly recommend.
