This is a nice salve, helps with skin irritations
Was looking for a calendula salve to help reduce inflammation and aid healing of minor skin sores – insect bites, blisters from rubbing, scratches and the like. This is a nice formulation. The scent is VERY light – almost nonexistent, and the ointment has a light feel, not greasy, and disappears into the skin quickly. This ointment makes these minor skin irritations heal faster. It reduces inflammation and skin sensitivity – reduces the itching, so less scratching 😁. It also keeps any scabbing stay soft, ensuring they stay in place until the delicate new skin has healed sufficiently, so less re-injuring the wound – faster healing. We bought this first for our elderly mother, as her thin, delicate skin was having trouble healing. It worked so well we have added a jar to own own medical kit and plan to keep it on hand.

Great salve with calendula and liquorice for bags under eyes. Pure and high quality. I alternate with Ordinary Caffeine 5% and it’s made a big difference.

This is a gentle odorless version of calendula ointment. I’ve been using calendula ointment for decades. No alcohol so it doesn’t sting. Great for mosquito bites and other problems that cause itching. Stops the itch. Heals scratches and other small wounds, great for burns. I used to be able to find pure calendula ointment that had a distinct odor of the calendula flower, but this salve is odorless and does the job.
