I add these mineral salts with my Epsom salt and soak in the bath and it took my dark bag under my eyes eye and made my skin look healthier than it ever has. They promote extreme relaxation—esp. when combined with a good essential oil like frankincense or lavender. The price is just right for the quantity as well.If you are stressed, I recommend these bath salts over a Xanax or big pharma poison any day.
