e.l.f. Cream Glide Lip Liner
The application is smooth, high pigmented and stays on long. The liner is creamy and glides on easily without pulling the lips. This allows precise lining and shaping. It offers rich, intense color with a semi-matte finish that can be worn alone or under lipstick. It is non-drying and helps with increasing wear time. Good value here for a nice product.

I like ELF products! This lip liner is creamy to apply, but dries and does not smear after application. I like to use a darker lip liner, with lighter shades on top. It is helpful to maintain lip shape where some lipsticks and liners smear and fade. This liner lasts all day, is a great quality, is a small enough application to not look too bold, there is no smell or shine.

Cute! Highly pigmented! It goes on in like a sort of soft “creamy” texture, but it actually does stay. I’ve found that if you put your lips against something cold, like a glass of ice water or smth, it kind of firms it up faster so it stays longer. Or just leave it on your lips without anything touching for an hour or so and it dries- or just deal with reapplying. But yeah! Great product!

I cannot believe the value of these pencils. The colors can be blended. they are moist and easy to apply. The finish is not too matte and not too glossy. There is no sticky or heavy residue. If you don’t mind re applying your color a couple of times during the day, it is super fast and easy. I purchased six in various colors, and am very satisfied.

I love this product, and would buy it over and over again. There is no stickiness, and when just the right amount is applied, it lasts for a couple hours. The lip liner was a bit shorter than I expected it to be, but this didn’t bother me. This color was perfect for my skin tone, and looked great when I paired it with red lipstick and lip gloss.

Best affordable lip liner
She gets the job done. Its pretty thin, which i like for my thin lips, lol. The color is beautiful and pairs well with the elf lip oil. I will say as much as it dries quickly and stays on my lips, it does come off when wiping my lips with napkins or just drinking water.
