Easy to Apply
Love this little liner. Goes on and stays on all day. It’s soft and easy to apply in between the lash line. Brown is a beautiful natural shade which gives a little definition to the eye. Great price! These ELF products are amazingly quick brilliant.

This is a great quality pencil! The color is rich and dark, and it goes on smoothly without tugging. It doesn’t smudge and truly stays put all day.I actually have some more expensive pencils that don’t last nearly as long as this one. Fantastic product at an even better value!

Goes on smoothly
This goes on smoothly. I am older and some liners are difficult to put on my delicate, less than smooth, eye area. It stays on well and is smoothable and smudgable. Really a nice eyeliner. It will buy it again when it runs out.

It goes on smoothly and gives a nice, soft smoky look that’s easy to blend. The color is rich and stays put most of the day. I’m giving it four stars because the price is close enough to other eyeliners that have wowed me, so the difference of a dollar might make me get the other brand. But the color was what I was specifically looking for so it does have that on other brands. Would recommend.

This eyeliner is great, color is true, last through out the day and needs no touch ups. The price was good as well, will continue to buy, hard to find eyeliner at a good price.

Not long-lasting…
I was excited to purchase this eyeliner because I had heard good things about it. The size of the eyeliner is just right, and the color was exactly as I expected. It glides on smoothly and dries quickly. However, I noticed that it lacks longevity. Within 30 minutes of applying it, the eyeliner began to wear off, and by two hours, it felt as if I had never applied any at all.

These are so inexpensive and they’re the only ones that don’t dry out immediately. Even much more expensive ones where you have to click, dry out so fast.

The best I have found! This pencil doesn’t break when using it. I don’t like waterproof eyeliner, but I still want it to stay on and stay in place! This is the one-no smearing or disappearing. Thank you e.l.f. for being quality, affordable make-up.

Meine Frau ist begeistert: Der Stift ist angenehm in der Anwendung und gut verträglich. Er ist soft und schnell trocknend, verwischt nicht und scheint dennoch sparsam zu sein. Schöne Farbe!

It doesn’t get 1 star because the color and smoothness is nice but you will be able to use it just until the tip blunts because you cannot sharpen these pencils.I went through the whole thing trying to get a slight pointed tip but it keeps breaking/dissolving
