I Melt These Paraffin Wax Blocks in An Old Mini Crock Pot!!
Wow, this box of paraffin wax blocks was just what my dry hands and arms needed!!! I live in a snowy and cold climate and in the winter, my older skin gets dry as a desert. I melt a brick of this stuff in my old, small crock pot (turned on low setting) and then once melted, I start dipping my hands in and smoothing the melted wax up my arms.You’ll want to build up several layers of wax. Trust me, this doesn’t hurt and is very relaxing.After about 5-7 minutes, I peel the wax back off and put it back in the crock pot. I can reuse the wax a few times before disposing of it in the garbage can.The scent is nice and light, the bricks are very large so this box will last me a lifetime. I love the way the paraffin moisturizes my skin and is so easy to apply. The quality of the wax is excellent.

Easy to use, no scent
The wax is packaged in smaller amounts, which is much easier to use than the 1 pound blocks a lot of sellers carry. It is easy to just add a small amount to a wax machine, rather than having to wait until it is seriously low before you replenish. There is no fragrance or scent, which I prefer.

Made in PRC, seems alright
This is some perfectly serviceable paraffin wax. I usually buy from a US supplier but I’m always willing to give other brands a go since I go through a lot of paraffin wax in the winter, it is arthritis season after all. Like most paraffin wax, these arrive in smaller individually wrapped bundles, I was able to cut down one packet using scissors. I thought I smelled a slight odor initially, maybe my imagination but who knows. All in all not bad, does what paraffin wax is supposed to do but I’d still rather pay the extra $10 and get an American made product, it’s something you’ll be dunking your skin in you know. I’ve tried adding some scented body oils since I’ve heard paraffin wax holds fragrance well but haven’t noticed any results with that endeavor, maybe I’m not adding enough.
