A very good choice for a first time user.
This is my first time trying a hair straightener, and the brush-type was a good choice. Although the instructions were more like a leaflet than an instruction manual, it is fairly easy to use. My hair is full and long, but very fine. The brush worked very well, straightened the mild wave, and left my hair soft and shiny. The slots of the brush only allow strands of hair (pulled slightly taught) to come in contact with the hot iron. Even so, the slots of the brush can become fairly hot, but not hot enough to cause a burn. The instructions recommended wrapping a towel around your neck to prevent accidental burns.The brush came with 4 hair clips to help separate your hair into sections, and included a comb.My only issue is that it takes some time figuring out the best way to hold the handle. The power button and button to adjust the heat level are ON the handle, and I inadvertently hit the buttons all the time.

I purchased 3 of these. 2 pink, one black, i’ve only used one of them so far because the other two are gifts and I think these things work amazing especially for being under $10 at the time that I purchased obviously you’re gonna want to use a heat spray and if you want a super shine to your hair, maybe a gloss afterwards but these work very well they straighten my daughter‘s hair better than any flat iron or the other heat brush that I have, my daughter has straight hair with slight waves in those baby hairs near her ears and temples that tend to curl and stick out in this tool even works for those. I just pull her hair straight down and run the brush through it and after one time it looks fantastic. I highly highly recommend this tool. It works just as good as the more expensive brands

I will be sending it back. I’m gonna call and ask for a label. I will be printing it out and getting my money back. This is horrible. I do not do what it supposed to do. I am an African-American woman. I have my hair semi pressed out, it did not even get the whatever out Made it straight or anything. I am not happy with this product. I am going to look for something that I could put my regular pressing comb in and do what I need to do with it.

Not recommendded if your hair is naturally very curly
Almost everything about this product is really good, but I only have one somewhat big complaint and that is about the slots your hair goes through. There arent many gaps and the walls between them are really thick which makes it difficult to actually get your hair to go into it, especially when your hair is really curly.

Hearts Fast. Straightens without effort
So far so good. Having perused the reviews prior to purchase; I wasn’t sure that it would actually silk press my type 4 hair. The one video review of someone with my type hair gave the impression of a blow out effect. I tested this product on a patch of of unwashed hair using creme press. The brush iron heated well enough to straighten the patch leaving the last inch a bit dry and kinky. Unlike flat irons the was no need to pull hard or pre blow out. Being that there was previous product on my hair and it was unwashed, I give this little device a high five. Can’t wait to fully try it out completely on clean hair.

My hair is pretty straight, but it does get a little wavy especially when i go to bed. I always straighten my hair for that reason, and this has really been worth it!It made my hair feel soft and straight. I didn’t use the clips to make sections, but it probably would’ve helped. Still, it worked quite nice.It also comes with three clips and a comb. One of the comb teeth was broken off, but i already have a comb i use so i don’t really care about that. plus, it could’ve just been the delivery or something.Other than that, this worked very well and I would recommend this to others!
