I’ve only used it for a week so far, but it seems to be working great. It absorbs very quickly, not sticky, non staining, no scent. My mood seems a bit more upbeat, considering I’ve only used it a week I take that as a positive sign and hope with continued use my mood swings become less and less! I’ve tried one other brand for a few months and had zero improvement so that’s why I tried this one. And the ingredients seem to be much more natural as well! My ONLY complaint this far is it does take a few pumps to get the cream to come out consistently when it’s a brand new bottle. So those first few days it probably wasn’t the correct dosage, but that does get more consistent once you get past first few pumps. I’d definitely buy this again.*Update-Ive used it long enough to make it through my cycle and it truly makes a difference. My mood swings are more stable.

Good quality cream and helpful for hormone support
I purchased this cream to help support my hormones while dealing with some infertility issues. It applies smoothly, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t have a strong smell. It’s too early to say anything major, but as far as quality and ease of use, it’s been great. I appreciate that it’s made with cleaner ingredients.

PODUCT CHANGED!! CHECK LABELS!!
I don’t want to accuse the seller of “BAIT AND SWITCH” but, the product label and description of the product have changed dramatically. It is now referred to as “Progesterone EFFECT” and not “Progesterone”.. It USED to say that it provides 3.4mg of BIO-IDENTICAL progesterone. NOW, it says it provides 3.4mg of yam. I don’t know if they were compelled to change label but the product remained the same, or if the product changed, so they HAD to change the label. In either case, my wife cancelled her subscription and found a different brand. This is too important to wait to see if symptoms return, or if it still works. A clarification from the company would be helpful!!

Hysterectomy, perimenopause…educate yourself and take control!
I started taking progesterone 5 years ago after doing research and attending a seminar trying to determine the cause of my constant weight gain and brain fog. I was introduced to perimenopause and the real side effects of my “partial” hysterectomy that “wasn’t supposed to affect my hormone levels because I still had one ovary”…according to my doctor. My research quickly led me to information that indicated progesterone levels severely drop and are practically non-existant within 2 years of surgery, even with only a partial hysterectomy (I was 5 years post-surgery).Within days of trying a progesterone cream my brain fog started to lift and I started to feel like myself again. The weight took longer, but I eventually dropped 20 pounds. I’m still trying to lose another 20, but I’ve maintained the initial loss for 4 years now.I switched from my initial brand to Joellynne Naturals and couldn’t be happier. The other brand was often grainy…not this one! This one is also stronger and it appears I needed it more than ever due to age. The cream has no smell whatsoever and absorbs quickly without any greasiness. Great product!

Didn’t work for me, but maybe it will work for you.
I’m dealing with a lot of hormonal issues right now and they prescribed progesterone and I’m afraid to take them so I looked for natural hormone replacement. Plus my insomnia is through the roof right and someone told me to try this product. The first night I took night knocked me out till 11 the next day. Unfortunately, the second was au little sleepy and on the 3rd day the cream didn’t do anything for me. I’m gonna keep trying it and see if the cream can help me with my mood swings.
