Much more affordable than professional options out there
As a physical therapist, I use my hands a lot and they take a beating. This tool has been great to help work on fascial restrictions for my patients and myself at an affordable price. I have gone on professional courses where a set of tools are >$500. Even if these are superior and offer options this 3 in 1 tool may not, the price makes them unafordable and out of reach. At the price point of this tool, I can justify buying it and saving my hands some. It has a decent weight despite its small size which is great and has multiple curved and straighter options, helping its application to multiple body parts. If you have found other tools priced out of reach, I’d recommend considering this one!

Great little tool to help with muscle pain!
Didn’t know what to expect but was looking for something that could provide some pressure on certain points and could be used to scrape on sore muscle muscles. And this is that device! Simple design and simple products but works as intended!

I recently came across muscle scraping and found this quality scraper. I am familiar with facial gua sha so I just went straight with oil but chatgpt was also helpful if you’re new to muscle scraping and which area of the body you are targeting. This metal scraper not only has concave and convex blades, but also a small ball for point pressure, which I love! It may seem like an investment but this will be one piece you can use forever!

Recently I discovered a long knot in a muscle on the left side of my lower back just above the waist. I don’t know how it got there – it could be all the bending I did while gardening.In any case, the knot is very painful when I apply any amount of pressure to it.I tried using my fingers to work the knot out, but that was awkward, and made my fingers hurt.I estimate the knot is over an inch long, and requires to be worked along the whole length. This massage tool helps me to do that. The ball on the end of the tool also helps me to pinpoint where the knot starts and end. It essentially allows me to “map” the knot. I then slowly work the ball of the tool from one end of the knot to the other, applying pressure.I’ve been using the tool for several days and the knot has slowly been giving way. I have much less of a burning pain when I apply pressure to the area now than I did when I first started using the tool.The tool is great, but I would like it to come a silicone sleeve to serve as a handle for the middle of the tool. That, or make the edges thicker. I find that the thin edges of the tool dig into my hand when I apply heavier pressure in order to work the knotted muscle. I’ll probably wrap a cloth or tape around the middle to blunt the edges.Update: it has been over a week since I applied the tool. The knot is gone. There is no residual pain in the area either. I would have expected at least part of the knot to be there, but it has completely disappeared. For being effective, I have to give this tool five stars, even though the handle edges should be thicker to make it more comfortable to hold.

This massage blade is absolutely fantastic- we have 3 or 4 of them in our kit at this point, my husband has dealt with chronic knots in the back and shoulder areas, and then suffered a major injury to the arm that requires some intensive physiotherapy and massage on a daily basis. Most of the fascia blades are large and are meant for large muscles, which is great, but for his arm and hand injury in particular, sometimes a more fine target is needed, for example, in between the fingers and around the wrist mobes.This is such a fantastic size, and has very small ends allowing for precise targeting. The edges are very smooth and glide beautifully with lotion (do NOT use these tools without a lubricant of some kind!) the included case is beautiful. Everything about this is very high quality. This also does a fantastic job targeting lymph nodes and more sensitive areas like the throat area.
