Great tool for multiple applications
These are great Gua Sha, fascia and muscle scraper, and trigger point tools. You could use them for acupressure and reflexology too. I like the ease of sanitizing them as they are metal. They feel durable and solid. The tools have comfortable grips when using and are easy to apply in various ways. Good moderate size. Works well for all types of applications.

Decent tool for little money
Small but solid tool. Helps break down scar tissue and the shape contours to your body. I’m using it on my arm/elbow to relieve tendinitis, but also used it on my Achilles to loosen scar tissue from a prior tear. Tip: make sure you use a good lotion/emollient to reduce friction.

The lifechill Stainless Gua Sha tool feels great especially with loosening up tight muscles. I like its shape as it is easy to hold and of a good size , fits well on your hand. When I use it on my arms especially forearm I can feel it easing up what feels like small muscle tightness, probably from gripping my steering wheel as I also drive for work. If I’m not driving then I’m typing and/or writing throughout the day. At the end of the day , I run it over the back of my habd as well as in my palms. running it along the bottom of my foot feels really nice, relaxing and a definite ah!!! I like the little ball on the end as it’s good for pressure points. It’s easy to clean and is very smooth. Being stainless steel, it doesn’t hold any germs. I also like how it has a cool feel which also hleps muscles relax. For at home relaxation of muscles and tightness, I definitely recommend
