My Go-To Lipstick for 5 Years It Truly Is Stayproof!
I absolutely love the Maybelline Super Stay 24 2-Step Liquid Lipstick! I’ve been buying this product for about 5 years now, and it’s still my absolute go-to. My favorite shade is Very Cranberry #100. The color payoff is gorgeous, it’s highly pigmented, and once it’s on, it stays. No smudging, no fading, and totally stayproof through eating, drinking, and long days. I always purchase it from Amazon because the price is great and the quality is consistent every time. Such a reliable, long-lasting lipstick… I won’t use anything else!

In my quest to find the perfect lipstick that doesn’t fade or smudge or disappear if I drink something or brush my teeth or eat a bite of something.I’ve tried dozens and dozens of brands and colors only to be disappointed.Not now!! I’ve finally found the perfect brand: MAYBELLINE COLOR STAY 24!! This lip stain does NOT fade or wipe off or disappear for hours and hours! It’s completely smudge resistant!! Not only does this lipstick stay on for a true 24 hours. It also comes with its own glossy moisturizer that helps seal the color and moisturizes your lips.I woke up this morning and what a nice surprise that this lipstick is still on my lips! It stayed on even after I washed my face with soap and water! All I had to do to do is reapply the moisturizer and I’m all set!!I should mention here that if you need to get it off all you need to do is rub some Vaseline on your lips and wipe off, do this 3-4 times and your lips are free.This is an amazing lipstick and it comes in tons of colors!Now, I just had to find the perfect color for my complexion. That was another hurtle. I have literally tried 9 different colors of this line before I found THE ONE!I’m olive complected , tan easily but am quite pale in the wintertime and I needed rose-ish, mauve-ish, plum-ish color, that doesn’t wash out my skin tone like the reds do, and I needed a color to complement my rosy cheeks and not make my lips pale like the pinks do. Sounds crazy, I know! But I was determined to find the perfect color for me in this Maybelline line. And here it is: TIMELESS ROSE! It’s vibrant but not dark. It’s subtle but not pale. Gives a healthy, vibrant, shiny look
The color is subtle and does not stand out awkwardly, but of course that depends on your own skin tone (my own skin tone is medium as I am Chinese). It almost matches my lip color yet gives the lip a more healthy and vibrant color. After applying, I use tissue paper to dab on my lips to remove the excess. When the lip balm is almost dry, I apply the ultra conditioning balm and my lips feel very moisturized . It stays all day long on the lips and does not smudge despite lunch and dinner. Texture is quite smooth. I apply the conditioning balm periodically to keep the lips moisturized and shining all day long, so it lasts quite long on my lips. At the end of the day, I use Vaseline ointment to remove it. The only downside is that there is not very much lipstick in the container and gets used up quite quickly.

Literally Stays On All Day – New Favorite
This stuff literally stays on all day. I’m not exaggerating – through eating, drinking, talking, everything. It just doesn’t budge. The two-step system works. The color goes on first, let it dry, then the balm keeps your lips from feeling dried out. Once it sets, you can pretty much forget you’re wearing it. Just be cautious putting it on. It is a stain. I don’t have to reapply constantly or worry about it smearing on cups or transferring. It just stays put exactly where you put it. The only downside is you need a good makeup remover to get it off at the end of the day, but that’s the trade-off for actual staying power.

I have these in most colours now and adore them. Some colours that look different on the advert are almost identical but I will use them all. If there was a criticism it would be that the gloss end runs out before the lip stain end so could do with being a bit fuller. Stays on though . Very pleased and I wouldn’t use anything else
