A Good Cleanser
Cleans well. Heavy makeup–including mascara–no challenge. Not as hard to smooth on as most balms I’ve used. It’s not a large tube, so it’s a little costly for its size. So far, no breakouts or irritation to my hyper-sensitive skin. It has a strong scent of rose, but fragranced products don’t bother me.

not very good with mascara
I do like this cleansing balm and like that it isn’t just to melt makeup off but also helps with pores ect. My only issue is that ita not very good at getting regular non waterproof mascara off. I’ve used one other balm years ago, clinique brand, and I remember it just melting it really well. With this one, once I get enough to melt it off, it just sticks on my skin and looks and seems like I colored black marker under my eyes. Adding warm water does not budge it. I’ll add more and more balm to finally get it off, sometimes still not all of it and will use my 2nd cleanser to get the rest. That’s why I couldn’t rate it 5 stars

Wow, very nice cleanser
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My face tends to break out from different face cleansing products, and some seem to make my acne even worse. I really like this face cleanser, though! It leaves my skin feeling refreshed and truly clean. I did not break out from first using it, and have been using it for weeks now with no irritation or breakouts. I love how well this face cleanser works, and I keep it in the shower for daily use. I HIGHLY recommend this face cleanser to others!
