leaves skin clean, translusent and smooth with a matte finish
This is a very non-irritating facial cleanser. I’m learning more about skin care products and their ingredients every day as I recently had an allergic reaction to another product.This is a skin cleanser and there are many people who will say that a cleanser and a skin toner work hand in hand. The cleanser cleans the skin while a good toner helps balance the pH of the skin.I’ve had good luck with using a glycolic acid 2% toner and followed up with this product. I think the hyaluronic acid in this cleanser is why this method is working for me leaving my skin looking clean, clear, with a smooth and matte finish. I suppose one could experiment with using a cleanser first and follow up with a toner but that would remove the hyaluronic acid left by the cleanser.As someone with very sensitive skin, this is a very gentle facial wash that can be used daily without causing redness or irritation. The results will be seen and felt within the short time span it takes to absorb into the skin.

Rinse free facial cleanser
Micellar water looks like a toner, but it isn’t! It’s a gentle cleanser that works without rinsing and can draw impurities from your pores. Though NOVexpert’s micellar water is touted as a makeup remover, if makeup removal is your goal I’d stick with their Cleansing Oil for that job, as ALL micellar water struggles against waterproof makeup. Also, side note – in general, micellar water isn’t for use on acne prone skin. If your skin is oily or acne prone, it’s best to stick with traditional facial cleansers.As a rinse-free cleanser though, it’s disgustingly good – my cotton round looks foul! – and leaves my face feeling like I already applied moisturizer.This is a huge bottle, and it will probably last over 6 months, making it an excellent value. Don’t expect it to remove heavy makeup, but for a quick refresh it’s the best.

Really nice micellar water as it comes with some lovely extras. So, while cleansing your skin, you also get some moisturizing glycerin plus hyaluronic acid to help keep moisture in. Add a probiotic and some aloe to sooth and moisturize as well as some arginine which is a skin-identical amino acid that is one of the primary building blocks of skin collagen and is a natural moisturizing factor and hydrator.I did need to use this on a cotton round a couple of times to remove my eye makeup, but that is generally par for me. This micellar water is a bit on the pricey side, but my mature skin seems to think it’s perfect. Good cleansing choice with added Hyaluronic Acid.
This cleans my skin well , removing even my waterproof, smudge proof eye makeup and lipstick.My face feels very clean after using and yet soft.Best used with cotton rounds, no need to rinse and you can apply your toner right after followed by your skin care routine.Gray for travel also because you don’t need to use hotel washcloths.I like that this has the added Hyaluronic Acid for hydration , smoothing & plumping my skin and moisture-replenishing.Great find , I am new to using Micellar water and am very happy with it and the cleaning it does and how my skin feels.

Works For Minimal Makeup
Overall has a light, slightly floral/clean smell. I was hoping this product would combine the two-step routine of removing makeup and washing my face, but it leaves a slight oily residue that I would prefer to wash off.I normally wear pretty minimal makeup (tinted moisturizer, eye shadow, and mascara), but put this product to the test after wearing non-waterproof liquid eyeliner. I used a reusable cotton pad and followed the directions on the bottle, but nothing came off at all.I tried to remove my typical makeup another night, again with a reusable pad, and seemed to remove it slightly. For the third try I used a disposable cotton swab for typical makeup and it worked well, but still had some leftover tinted moisturizer on which came off onto a second cotton swab.

Good for daily cleansing
I love facial products with hyaluronic acid for plumping up fine lines. I use a heavier facial cleanser in the evenings, but like to freshen up in the morning with micellar water. This has a nice, fresh scent, and doesn’t leave any sticky residue.Although this is a five star product, the high price would prevent me from using it on a day to day basis.
