Clean product that works as well as salon brand
I’ve been trying to cut down on toxic substance is my products and was surprised to see how well this rated on Yuka but was skeptical since in past other clean hair products didn’t work nearly as well as the salon brands. This actually leaves my thin hair silky without weighing it down! Wish it was more a peppermint or lavender smell but it’s not an unpleasant scent. I am very happy with it and the shampoo!

I like this conditioner. A small amount goes a long way, it smells fresh and leaves the hair silky but not greasy. Plus is healthy.

I’ve been using this conditioner for a while and wanted a larger size and I feel like the value for the price is great! I have very fine hair that gets oily at the scalp very quickly but I have dry ends and I’d say this does a pretty good job of keeping my ends hydrated. My hair is soft and not weighed down at all. The scent is subtle too!

Good basic conditioner. Runny texture but works well. Pleasant smell.
My hair tends to be on the drier side, and I use conditioner every time I wash. I probably use more conditioner than I should, which means that if I use a matched set I use up the conditioner before the shampoo. I was pleased to get this conditioner to help even out the playing field, so to speak.I was initially shocked when I first opened this conditioner. It has a very runny texture with a pearlescent sheen, and I thought the product had been mis-labeled and was actually shampoo. After putting on my hands and running under water, I did not see any lather so I was relieved. That said, it is a little off-putting if you are expecting a thick product as most conditioners. It dispenses easily from the bottle. I did find upon use, I had to use more product volume-wise than with my usual conditioners. The photo on the product page is a good representation of the thin-ness of the product, and I also included my own photo so you can see this.The smell of the product is fine. Not overpowering, but not “OMG” either. It’s slightly reminiscent of cucumbers. It does distribute nicely in my hair and was fairly easy to rinse out. One of the things I look for in a conditioner is detangling qualities, and I found this works fairly well as a detangler, but again not amazing. The variety is labeled as “volumizing”, which I can’t necessarily say is true or not. It does not leave a residue and seemed to do an adequate job of conditioning my hair.I do like that it’s safe for color-treated hair and that it’s cruelty-free. Due to medication and age, I tend to lose a bit of hair with each wash, and I did not notice that this product changed the amount of hair loss one way or another, so I appreciate that.It did not seem to strip my hair or leave the texture dry. It is a good, basic conditioner with no frills. At $12.99/bottle, it’s not an amazing value but also not excessively priced. I can recommend this conditioner, but it’s not a product that leaves me shouting from the mountaintops 🙂
