I don’t really use this because I font like the mask over my face as I’m slightly claustrophobic. I subsequently bought one of the ‘rolling’ ones.If I was lying in a spa I think it would be OK, but lying still for 10 min at home feels hard.

Love love love love love this Red Light Mask. It’s easy to put on and I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin’s overall texture. You don’t need to shell out a ton of money for the other masks, this one worked great.
