NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL!
I was really excited about ordering this because of the reviews. In some of the reviews it talked about how comfortable the face mask was. I don’t know why they would say that since it is clearly uncomfortable, no matter what I tried. It puts weight on your face. It should have something like a rubber trim so it doesn’t sit on your face! It comes with prongs that you’re supposed to put inside the mask and I tried that and they just put a lot more pressure on your face where the prongs go, especially the forehead. I tried holding it an inch away from my face and that worked, but then I thought, I’m not holding this away from my face every night for 30 min. Did not feel relaxing having to hold it.That being said, This mask did not work for me. Since this is a non returnable item, I am glad that I did not pay full price, since it was on sale. I’m just shocked at how great the reviews are.The design seems like a good design it just needs a rubber trim around the edge of it so it sits on your face comfortably. Sadly, I would not recommend this red light mask. Unless you don’t mind being uncomfortable.

My face is already seeing a difference!
I will be 44 this month and I’m starting to notice changes in my face that I’m not happy with, it took me a little while to finally make the purchase but I am so glad that I did!I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks at night after my skin care routine and I’m already noticing softer looking skin, my pores don’t look as big as they were, my crows feet around my eyes are looking less deep and my skin looks brighter.It comes with a remote which is awesome, it has seven different color settings for all of your different needs.It fits great, it’s not as heavy as one that I tried in the past.This thing is very well made, heavy duty but comfortable enough to wear while you lay and listen to a podcast or a book.I’ve only had to charge it twice and I use it nightly.

Do not buy this product!!
Very heavy and uncomfortable, also the controller for the timers doesn’t work right and to turn it off you have to just pull the plug out of the wall very poor design cuz there’s an arc every time you pull it out It should have an off button and if there is one it’s broken It doesn’t work. Trying to return and they say this item is not returnable so I guess I’m stuck with junk

Painful to wear, no information, missing parts
Says returnable until 1/31, but when you select return it says not available for return . This mask was missing 2 ” comfort pegs” , I dont know what else to call them since theres no instructions. The basic guidelines in broken English were even hard to understand. This is painful to wear, even with the mask worn very loose . I really wanted this item and it was given as a thoughtful gift but its literally a pain

Do not buy.
This mask is very uncomfortable to use. I have used it with the pads and without and nothing really helps. It puts a lot of pressure on the forehead. The strap is not very strong either so the mask moves around a lot. Unable to return product as well. I would not buy this product. I do like the different light options it offers but that is about it.

The cords are SOOOO short
While I appreciate a red light therapy mask-the instructions are almost illegible they are so tiny.Also, no clear instruction on what to do with the additional prongs. Presume they fit in the empty holes but this also makes the mask pretty uncomfortable.The plug is comically short-who has a place to relax in prone position 1.5 feet from a wall plug? Would advise company to make this longer and include all instructions in a larger and clearer readable pamphletOverall, an ok mask system but as mentioned above, could be better. It’s definitely not something I would describe as comfortable

Painful!
If I could give this zero stars I would.It’s uncomfortable to use, it’s painful! The mask has small posts that are supposed to rest against the forehead, cheeks and chin. They are so hard and sharp, I tried it on and they left marks in the skin. Would have been a much better design with a foam or silicone piece rearing around the face.I can’t believe the reviews saying this is comfortable are real. This was awful!
