Yes, it does sting when you use it, but all epilators do. After all, they are pulling out hairs. This does not get every hair, but I have yet to find one that does. My theory is that epilators work on a certain thickness of hair. They won’t grab the hairs that are super thin and aren’t strong enough to pull out coarse hairs. I have no proof that is the case, but it would explain why epilators fail to remove all hairs.

Okay so I never write reviews, and yet I rely exclusively on reviews when deciding to buy a product or not. I held out on buying this item for close to a year because of its many negative reviews. Finally I caved and decided to give it try and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!Getting all the way honest here, I’m a female in my twenties and I have the unfortunate curse of battling a mustache since my early teens. I’ve always stayed on top of it with waxing, plucking and of course my trusty flawless but it’s still very much my biggest insecurity.When I first heard of epilators, I immediately wanted to try one but it seemed like none of them are actually made to be used on your face. Except for this cheap Remington one with the not so great reviews..So I finally order it and give it a try. OMG you guys, it works!! It gets all those nasty hairs and maybe I’m just used to ripping the hair out already but it doesnt even hurt, it actually feels kinda like acupuncture in a way. The secret is finding the best angle and position while holding it on your skin. It says to hold skin tight and use the epilator in circular motions, I do that, I also go straight across, up and down, I hold it backwards, I use it in every single possible position until my upper lip is completely smooth and clear.I definitely recommend exfoliating before use to get all the dead skin out of the way so no hairs are blocked. And this is important.. when you’re done, clean the the tweezers part with rubbing alcohol or witch’s hazel or whatever you prefer, but make sure you clean it after every use or else it will spread bacteria and break you out bad!!So yes I recommend this product if you are cursed like me. It takes some getting used to before you get it down perfect, but you will achieve perfect results with the very first use, it’s just gonna require some extra passes till you get it down.

Don’t buy this piece of junk!!!
I would give zero stars if I could. It doesn’t work at all. I tried epilating one armpit in every possible direction, and when I was done, there wasn’t a single hair on the device 😱😱😱 you get what you pay for, but this epilator was still a waste of money because it does literally NOTHING!!! Don’t buy this piece of junk!!! I wish I had listened to the other bad reviews. I guess I thought how wrong could the good reviews be? And for $20 what’s the harm? Never again! I’ve learned my lesson: listen to the bad reviews. I hope you won’t buy this epilator! I don’t know what I was thinking with it only having 6 tweezers 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ of course it doesn’t work. Luckily my old epilator does still work, otherwise I would be MUCH more upset and quite hairier 😂😂😂 but in all seriousness: don’t waste your money!!!

Cost effective and easy to use.
I have used this epilator for the last 6 months and I am pleased with the results. It does not get all the hairs, many are too short, but it is quick and easy to use and surprisingly efficient. As an older woman, I have quite a bit of facial hair now and don’t have time to wax all the time. I would definitely recommend it.

Learning curve
The main reason I’m only giving three stars is because there’s a bit of a learning curve with this device– at least there was for me. As background, I’ve had dark, prominent upper lip hair for most of my life, presumably having to do with my Mexican heritage. I’m in my mid-30s but have always just trimmed the hair rather than shaving or epilating, because I didn’t want ingrown hairs on my upper lip. However, a few months ago I started using a more heavy-duty epilator on my leg hair, which made me think I should try this product for my face. I’ve used it for a few weeks now and can confirm that it does remove some of the hair. The instructions say to lightly guide the epilator upwards, against the grain of the hair, but I found personally I need to use a more erratic motion to actually remove hair. Definitely a very light touch is needed for the tweezers to grab the hairs. It’s tricky along the curve of the lip. Also, no matter how patiently I maneuver the device, it will never remove all of the hair. That’s fine I guess, because even removing some of it makes the whole appearance of the hair less visible, but it’s not a complete solution. It’s still better than individually tweezing, which I can never be bothered to do.

I love it! as someone who has pcos,hair on my chin has always been a problem. this one hurts a lot less than threading (for someone who is used to threading a lot). I have used it only once as it was delivered only yesterday. took about 2 weeks to get delivered as it is imported from the US. The seller (ibhejo) also asked for KYC documents for customs clearance and was also duly submitted. There was no problems getting the product. Product was nicely packed, no damages and is working fine. Does the job of removing hair (used it on my chin and neck area), leaves a smooth finish. picked out tiny hairs too..compact size for travelling. I bought it only to use on my chin and neck and so dont know if it can be used for hands/legs. the product is apparently not suitable for eyebrow hair ( as written on the product box). I am completely satisfied (so far)

I’ve had a small facial tweezer system for years, but suddenly I’d completely misplaced it. That’s when I decided to try this one. The charge is amazing and is lasting well even with virtually daily use. The plucking/tweezing is good and as long as you don’t let the hair get too long it’s relatively painless. The unit is very easy to hold so you can pluck/tweezer comfortably.The overall quality of the facial tweezer system is good. The performance is really good. The price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this facial tweezer system.

En verdad recomiendo mucho esta máquina, yo solía depilarme la cara con cera y me encantaba pero ahora que probé esta depladors WOOW todo es más sencillo, no hago desastre con la cera no me quemo la cara, y en 10 minutos máximo tengo la piel suave, tersa y sobre todo libre de bello. No duele casi nada sinceramente me dolía más con la cera del 1 al 10 (siendo 10 máximo dolor) se siente un 3 máximo. No duden en comprarla es la practicidad en planta.ACTUALIZACIÓN!!!! Me sacó mega ronchitas en toda la cara donde la usé al principio se sentía suavecita la cara pero al otro día puff me llene de ronchas rojas (no sé si tengo la piel demasiado sensible) con la cera jamás me pasó algo así de hecho aún traigo marquitas rojas :(. Lo seguiré usando quizá después la piel se acostumbra pero tengan cuidado porque esta es mi experiencia y SI Si saca toooodos los vellos ya sean delgados gruesos o largos y cortos eso si 100/1000
