Glad I made the change
I was nervous about trying menstrual cups. I have used period panties for years, this duo is great because it gives you the options to try out for sizes. I’m a tiny petite woman and these are actually easy to get the hang of and cost effective. I prefer much better to pads or anything else.

Thick and difficult to insert, but works well when placed correctly
This cup is a lot thicker than others I’ve used and is sometimes difficult to insert. The sterilizing device is convenient because you just fill it with water and put it in the microwave, but I’ve found that the cup gets a white residue on it after. That could be from the minerals in my water, potentially the cup material, or from the sterilizer itself, however I haven’t had that issue with other cups I’ve used. When I’m able to get it placed correctly it works well and I don’t have any leakage.

Absolute garbage.
The product shape and size are fine the issue is with material it’s made of. The plastic itself is too hard and you can feel it while in place. Not a fan, extremely uncomfortable.

Zero towels if you know how to put it on well. It’s not difficult to apply it to you. I also highly recommend that it is good for the environment, you don’t have to spend on towels every month or tampons

Bought to replace my usual cup brand as its now been discontinued, prefer this one, less fidely – was concerned with the ‘one size fits most’ as i have a heavy flow and recently gave birth, but it is great, no leaks, easy to use and comfy!

I have never used one before and I have found it to be a bit big, I should have done some research before purchasing, that said its most convenient and freeing. It doesn’t quite pop back into place when inserted using the c fold method which is a bit frustrating and can be messy how ever I will never go back to using tampons or pads.
