Really loving Woosh products!
I had gotten another item by Woosh recently and LOVED it so when I saw this Woosh Beauty Like Magic Mascara (in black), I had to try it out!Wow!! It’s a great mascara! Definitely not over-mascaray (is that a word? Haha) meaning, it’s not super dramatic. Perfect for my every day use (I only use one coat). I’m sure you can make your eyes more dramatic with more coats, but I’m a SAHM and don’t get dressed up that often so haven’t tried more than 1 coat haha.It doesn’t smudge at all! Lasts all day and my favorite, DOESN’T CLUMP!! So many mascara I’ve tried recently all clump and it’s the worst. This Woosh mascara does NOT clump at all! Definitely my new favorite mascara!The ONLY thing I can slightly complain about is the price. I typically (personally) would not spend 23 on a mascara (price at time of review), but I know other mascara brands go for even more. I’m just a cheapy drug store mascara gal haha. BUT I might possibly spend 23 on this mascara when I run out since I do love it so much!

I use mascara quite often and this just didn’t do it for me.
So I grabbed this Woosh Beauty, Like Magic Mascara, Black Smudge Proof to try. The brush is shaped a little different with flat sides as well as arched sides. I am not so sure I liked that. My overall experience putting on the mascara was not the smoothest and either was the results of the look of the mascara on my lashes. I ended up with lumps and clumps and I had to try and work the wand thru to make them look presentable. Towards the end of the day part of the mascara had melted away off my lashes and I had flakes on my face. This is not working for me. I am disappointed as this mascara is vegan and cruelty free which is important to me.

Deep Black Color Mascara – Questionable Wear in Humid Places
This applies like a higher quality mascara and stays put in most conditions. The only issues I encountered were in a warm/humid room with laughter and smiles, which left smudges unfortunately. They wipes off easily enough with a napkin. There is no strong scent and no irritation experienced in my eyes. The wand is sturdy and the brush applies product evenly. I didn’t experience a great deal of lengthening, but was happy with the volume it created. It doesn’t seem to have enough fiber content to make my lashes any longer. It feels like its priced a little high for the quality, at $23 at time of review, as I’ve had drug store brands perform and lengthen better. The color is the best part of this mascara – it’s a deep black and makes eyes pop with little application.

Defined lashes with controlled application
This mascara comes with a very stiff and narrow wand. Because of that, I felt like I had some more control over the amount of mascara being applied and in the defining my lashes a bit more. I found I needed to apply several coats in order to have a dark enough color that I like. The wand has no curves and no give to it but it doesn’t glop or apply too much. My lashes did look defined and though it says it’s smudge proof and generally is when wearing it, the first application I found it did smudge a bit it was very hard to wipe off. It take little extra work to get it off in the evening but I found it stayed in place during the day.

It goes on very lightly which means I can take my time building it up on my lashes without it starting to clump. It might even be too light. It lengthens lashes – but again very slowly which gives me a ton of control. I haven’t had any problems with clumping, smudging or flaking.The wand has a unique shape – flat one way and oval the other. I haven’t really decided how I prefer to use it. It surprises me when it shifts (without me doing it on purpose) and the mascara goes on differently (but often in a good way).

Magic mascara
This mascara is such good stuff and is comparable to that of exclusive store brands. I have sensitive eyes, and this mascara does not irritate them in the least. The brush is almond-shaped (flat in the middle and round on the ends) which distributes the mascara evenly and separates and defines the lashes. I’m delighted with how this mascara doesn’t clump up or stick my lashes together and does not smudge. The formula is moisturizing and does not flake off, so it’s just really easy to wear. My lashes look thick and full, like they did in my long-gone youth. I do not mind paying for quality, and this mascara is a very good investment considering it’s excellent performance.

Didn’t do much for my lashes
If you’re looking for a mascara that is going to slightly enhance your lashes, then this would be perfect for you. It didn’t really add any length to my lashes and only gave them a very slight darker color. This had no dramatic effect at all but it did separate my lashes nicely. I like as much volume and thickness as possible so this really didn’t do anything for me. I had to apply another mascara on top of it. I would recommend this if you don’t really want to look like you’re wearing mascara but if you like your lashes to look full, I would not recommend it.

Not bad but not great
I would call this a good everyday mascara. It applied easily and didn’t clump a lot. I did not notice a ton of added length or volume but did a good job of covering lashes. It also lasts all day without smearing or leaving little spots where it falls of lashes throughout the day. Like that it is a moisturizing formula as my facial skin is dry, my hair is dry so I can only assume my lashes are dry.
