Awesome Change
I love these, I wouldn’t call myself a Period Panty Aficionado or anything, but these are super comfortable and last all day while I run around corralling daycare aged kids for a living. The absorbent part is pretty wide, and goes up pretty high both in front and back which prevents nighttime leakage. I’m pretty average when it comes to flow rate, so I can’t say much about the volume of liquid it can handle, but I haven’t leaked yet, so it’s a win for me. The material is super soft and the fit is nice. I’ve had mine for months and haven’t had any pH bleaching issues or staining with the fabric like I have in the other two brands I’ve tried, and they’ve held up nicely in the wash too (I usually hand wash immediately then machine wash before drying them on low).Overall 10/10.

Grab these!!
Love! Complete game changer for those looking to get away from throw away products. These are nice and thick and last very well with heavy flow for overnight and throughout the day leak resistance. They wash up well and are very comfortable. I trust using these outside of the home as well. The fit is true to size as well and they do fit a little snug but they need to fit that way to keep away leaks.

Comfortable, absorbent, but keep bamboo processing in mind
love the weight and silky feel of these INNERSY Women’s Bamboo Viscose Heavy Flow period underwear. They soak up my heavy flow and generally feel dry throughout the day, unless I pass a large clot.A note on the fabric: bamboo does require a lot of chemicals to process into cloth, so don’t be misled by greenwashing claims. That said, the end product is soft, breathable, and effective, and the comfort outweighs the eco trade-off for me.What works well:Soft, silky bamboo viscoseAbsorbent for heavy flowComfortable for all-day wearWhat could be better:Fabric processing may not be as eco-friendly as “bamboo” marketing suggestsBest for:Anyone looking for heavy-flow period underwear that feels soft and stays mostly dry.Bottom line:A high-quality, comfortable option for heavy days — just be aware that bamboo fabric isn’t automatically chemical-free.

Where have these been my whole life?! 😭
I came searching for these, needing underwear to support me, postpartum (why is it the only things available and accommodating for this are disposable?!? What on earth!).THESE ARE A DREAM. I am normally size XS, however I sized up to S to give more room to my belly etc. These are completely supportive in all the right ways; they are soft, COMFORTABLE, and appropriately “giving” in the ways that my body needs, without being restricting.I am using pads with these, I am unsure if these are supposed to be used without, it seems to some degree they are meant to, but I wouldn’t, because I don’t want them that gross in the wash to get on other clothes, or not get appropriately cleaned(or wonder about it). I do still love that the lining is thick, it hides padding outlines through clothing, adds to comfort & my trust in the product quality. I do notice that pads don’t stick very well, but because of the way it’s made, it’s still kept very secure, and I like that over prolonged usage that will help it to wear out less (less ripping away from the fabric). There’s so much room for all the padding you would ever need.Did I mention these are soft? This fabric is PERFECT.I did not put them in my dryer at first, as I didn’t want to chance them getting ruined; however, I did have to toss them in for a few minutes as the lined sections of these were still wet after a few days, and I needed them to get dry – just be aware.

Leaking be gone!!
I’ve tried several brands of period panties and these are by far my favorite! I think I own about 12-15 pairs now. I have had half of those pairs for over a year, wearing and laundering them monthly, and they are still holding up perfectly. Bought a few more sets so that I’m not forced to do laundry mid week because I wear them from day 1 until my period ends. One pair typically lasts me either all day or all night, although occasionally I’ll change midday on extra heavy days just to feel “fresher.”I have week-long heavy periods, especially heavy the first three days. I used to wear an overnight maxi pad and a super Tampax pearl tampon overnight and would still leak overnight. (Nothing worse than waking up in the morning with stains on your sheets to deal with! Gross.) Since I started wearing these period panties a year ago, I haven’t leaked once and now don’t even wear anything else at night for period protection… Not even even a tampon… just the Innersy panties and whatever pajamas I want now since I’m no longer afraid of staining my pjs.The only cumbersome thing about these panties is needing to rinse them by hand (which you might be able to get away with if you laundered each pair immediately after wearing), but since I want to wait to do a load of laundry until I have a few of them, I use my shower sprayer for a couple of minutes until the water runs clear, squeeze out the excess water, and let them air dry until I have a few pairs ready to go in the washing machine.I have found out that mine retain that “iron-ish“ scent so I either do two wash cycles or do a 30 minute pre-wash with some OxiClean, which has totally eliminated the problem. I love that I can’t see any stains or anything gross left on them. They feel 100% fresh each time I wear them as long as I laundered them properly. I always wash them on cold or a barely warm wash and leave to air dry. Mine take a good 24 hours or so to air dry completely.Overall I’m really happy with them! Haven’t even bought pads or tampons in about a year. I think they’re totally worth it and highly recommended them!

The best period underwear
I love these underwear. They are compressive, yet comfortable. I feel held in when I wear them, but they aren’t constricting. They are flattering as far as period underwear goes.. and the colors are cute! They are so soft. They seem to hold up well so far after maybe 10-20 washes! Would highly recommend these. I have used another brand in the past and I much prefer these because of the quality, comfort and style.
