Convenient design. It is easy to use. Stays a nice even temperature while in use. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Easy to move (do not move while the wax is melted to avoid injury). Large capacity without being a large machine. Well worth the money. Ours came with lavender scented wax. It is pleasant and mild. We plan on switching to unscented, but that is just because we prefer it that way.Good for hands, feet, and elbows.

Great Product and Customer Service
I’ve been using the product for a few weeks now, and it is fantastic. It’s very easy to operate. I personally love the smart mode as I can just set it, forget about it, and come back once it’s ready in about an hour (I put in 16 wax bars, which is why it takes more time to melt). The large container is great as I can put both hands (up to the wrist) in at once. It’s very relaxing, reduces the pain in my hands and wrists, and overall, just an awesome product.Their support team is top-notch as well. I encountered a problem with my initial purchase, so I sent them an email and immediately got the help I needed.

Wonderful wax machine
The Karite 9000ml is sleek and easy to use. The three modes are pretty straight forward and gives many options for use. The size works well and has plenty of room. The only feature I would like to see in the future models is a way for it to stay on for the week vs dealing with the 24 hour auto-shut down. However, this is easily overcome by just turning it off and back on at my lunch break and it’s good for another day.

As good as any brand I gave purchased locally but mainly on Amazon. Seldom have to replace due to single person who is fastidious. Use at warm but not very high temperature. Used in machine left on 24 a day, 7 days a week. Good results.

Great product and customer service!!
It heats up relatively quickly for the size of it, keeps the temperature it’s set to very consistent and easy to use. It’s not very easy to clean if changing scents or for hygienic reasons but that would be very seldomly done. I was not a fan of the supplied lavender scented wax, contacted customer service and they resolved my issue within 24 hours. I would recommend this product and manufacturer to anyone in the market for a paraffin bath.

The machine appears to be perfect but the scent is overpoweringly strong unfortunately. It would have been good to have the option of having unscented paraffin.Edited – the contact number was in the box and elan replied right away and arranged for an unscented replacement. 🙏

I freshly open the box and put 8 waxes and wait for two hours with maximum temperature. Temperature stopped on 57 and doesn’t go higher. Not even single wax is melted. I’ve waited 5 days to get this from USA to Canada. What a waste time and money. Their product is not reliable at all. I’m going to return this.– update. 2025.03.02 –Second Review UpdateAfter leaving a review about the issue, I was contacted by Karite’s After-Sales Service Team.They offered to send me a new machine at no additional cost, and I received the replacement for free. The defective unit was returned.I would like to express my gratitude to Elan, who took full responsibility and resolved the issue honestly instead of avoiding it.First, the reason I initially chose this product was because the inner container is made of stainless steel.Due to my mother’s joint problems and my own physical issues, I have used paraffin wax machines frequently.However, most paraffin machines have plastic inner containers. Even though they seem fine at first, over time, paraffin wax starts leaking from the bottom of the unit.To avoid this issue, I browsed through all the paraffin wax machines on Amazon, and this one caught my attention the most.Now that I have received a properly functioning unit, I can use my paraffin therapy machine again without any issues.Elan also reassured me that the device comes with a one-year warranty, so if I encounter any further problems, I should contact him or the support team.One of the best features of this device is the timer.My mother struggles the most in the morning when she gets out of bed, but thanks to the timer, the wax is already melted and ready for use at the perfect time.We no longer have to wait for more than an hour for it to be ready.For those who are planning to use this product, here are some helpful tips:1. Before adding wax for the first time, fill the machine with water to check if it heats properly.2. Even when the green light turns on, the wax is not fully melted yet. The melting process starts in earnest after the green light appears, so be patient.3. You need 10 wax blocks (total of 2kg) to reach the minimum fill line.4. If you set it to the maximum temperature from the start, the wax will melt faster, but it will take extra time for the wax to cool down to a safe level for hand use.Expect it to take about an hour for the minimum amount of wax to fully melt, so turn it on in advance.If you have any questions, you can contact Karite-service@hotmail.com, and Elan will respond helpfully.I will continue using this product and update my review as needed.

Approx 3 hours to melt approx 10-11 lbs of wax, 3 of which were large blocks.I used 3 different kinds of wax, 2lb conair, karite lavendar 12 packs and 4 lbs unscented podocure.Did feet first, wanted to get ankles. 5 coats on feet, 4 on hands, perfect amount.I used crock pot liners from Amazon, used 3 as weren’t sure if they would hold.Turned down to 122.Once all the wax was fully melted took approx 1 hr to cool down.Tested machine first with water to make sure no leaks and that display and heat worked.Hands and feet feel great, easy removal of wax, named what I used for reference.Size 8 ladies feet, booties fit ok, snug is good, keeps heat in.

We really enjoyed the machine itself. Love the smart mode as it kept things simple. We are looking forward to using it during the cold Alberta winters.I did not love the scented wax though. I normally love lavender but would have preferred unscented as this one is overpowering.One side note. We got this for Hubby who works with his hands and I thought the heat would benefit his joints. Seems to 100% do the trick but an option for large gloves and boot covers would also be a nice touch!

The function of this device is good, but the the disappointing part is that the temperature control is not as precise as advertising.
